Organization Says They Know the Solution to Pandemic Decline in US Church Attendance
The Word of God tells us to watch, that in the last days men and women will turn away from God. America was founded upon Christian principles. The Bible was taught in the schools for many years. Now, the media has been babysitting our children, and the public schools have effectively kicked God out of them leaving our children to be taught all that is NOT godly. In His word we find:
2 Timothy 3
King James Bible
1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. 9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as their's also was.
10 But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience, 11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me. 12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. 13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. 14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; 15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
I ask you, how does the above text from The Word of God align with the following article?
Secular news media and evangelical leaders alike have been mystified by the large-scale exodus from the church in America.
One non-profit ministry says they not only know what the problem is, they are hosting a conference to declare the solution.

CINCINNATI, Aug. 23 /Christian Newswire/ -- The church in America is dying. The staggering statistics continue pouring in to prove it. At an alarming rate, many families in the church are falling apart and leaving the faith altogether. Recent surveys indicate that over 80% of evangelical teens will leave the church by the time they graduate. Churches around the country have been trying increasingly innovative and nontraditional means to reverse this trend. In 2006, New York Times said:
"Despite their packed megachurches, their political clout and their increasing visibility on the national stage, evangelical Christian leaders are warning one another that their teenagers are abandoning the faith in droves."
The National Center for Family Integrated Churches in Wake Forest, North Carolina exists to reverse this trend. Director Scott Brown says, "The church in America has been looking in the wrong places for the answers to declining church attendance. God's word has specific solutions which are being ignored." He says that is why they are hosting the Sufficiency of Scripture 2009 conference in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Scheduled conference speakers include Ken Ham of the Creation Museum, Voddie Baucham, Paul Washer, Doug Phillips, Scott Brown, Kevin Swanson and many others.
"In the fifteenth century," says Scott Brown, "the church was in a similar state of disrepair. The solution then is the same today. 'Sola Scriptura' 'Scripture Alone' We must go back to the Word of God and stop complying with the rationalism's of men that have corrupted the church."
